Associate program
Partners Group hires and internally trains most of our future investment professionals through our associate program, which focuses on recent business school graduates. The associate program is designed to refine core skills and deepen industry knowledge while identifying the individual skill sets that best match available job profiles. Additionally, the program gives participants exposure to different business groups, thereby allowing them to broaden their skills and to build a strong network within the firm. Participants typically join the associate program for 12 months and complete several rotations during this time. The composition of the associate program is determined on an individual basis and consists of introductory trainings and detailed job exposure in different business fields of Partners Group.

Dmitriy Antropov. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was employed by Unicredit in Moscow as a relationship manager for large multinational clients. Furthermore, he worked at L.E.K. Consulting and Apax Partners in Munich. Dmitriy holds a PhD from Finance Academy, Moscow, a master's degree in European Business from ESCP-EAP, Paris and a master's degree in International Business from EGADE, Monterrey. He also is a certified Financial Risk Manager. |

Renyi Wang. Previously, during her study for her master's degree she worked as a summer associate in Citigroup Property Investors in both their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices and interned in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic Consulting Department. Renyi was also employed for three years by Shanghai Xian Dai Group as a project manager working on real estate development and community planning projects throughout China. Renyi holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Studies from Cornell University in the U.S. |
