Recruiting process

If you are interested in a position at Partners Group, please apply using the online application form. Your application should include:

  • Motivation letter: tell us briefly why you are interested in private market assets generally and in Partners Group specifically, including any particular interests within private markets.
  • Résumé/Curriculum Vitae: formal education (including academic record), work experience, stays abroad, language skills, IT skills, interests, activities and references. You should be able to provide a comprehensive description of yourself, including your work history and your achievements.

What happens during the interview process?

Partners Group will invite you to one of our offices around the world for a preliminary conversation, or will conduct a first interview by telephone. Provided the feedback after this first interview is positive, you will be invited to a succession of one-on-one interviews where you will have the chance to gather more information concerning the vacant position, Partners Group and its employees. You will also be presented with relevant case studies. Partners Group would like you to gain a clearer picture of the duties as well as the work environment and also give you the opportunity of asking questions and speaking with Partners Group employees. At the same time, the firm will form our opinion about you and your professional qualifications. Following the interviews, you will typically receive our feedback within a few days.
