Reporting. Tailored, comprehensive reporting provides information down to individual portfolio company level. IFRS valuations of portfolio companies and investor access to online personal portfolios enable access to the data needed to monitor and evaluate investments. Partners Group employs more than 40 employees responsible for the reporting to clients.

 Portfolio administration. Partners Group’s product services team is responsible for portfolio administration and accounting and operates from four of our ten offices - Zug, Guernsey, Luxembourg and Singapore. It is comprised of dedicated teams of more than 60 employees for subscriptions, payments, investor services, valuations, accounting and product servicing.

  • The subscriptions team executes an investment and prepares ancillary documentation and amendments in connection with direct, secondary and primary.
  • The payments team tracks and ensures that payments are executed and distributions made to and received from underlying investments in a timely manner and also monitors the levels of cash held by each of Partners Group’s programs.
  • The investor services team takes care of closings for Partners Group’s partnerships, issues capital calls and distributions and liaises with authorities regarding taxation matters.
  • The valuations team tracks the performance and the carrying value attributed to the underlying investments within Partners Group’s database.
