By train
From Narita International Airport:
From Narita Airport Terminal 1 and 2, take Narita Express (N'Ex) to the JR Tokyo station. The time table is available at http://jreast-shinkansen-reservation.eki-net.com/pc/english/common/timetable/e_nex_u/index.html From Tokyo station, take JR Yamanote line to Shinbashi, then change and take Ginza line (subway) to Toranomon.
From Haneda Airport:
1) Take Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsu-cho, and change to JR Yamanote line to Shinbashi. Then, change to subway and take Ginza line to Toranomon.
By subway
Take either subway line Chiyoda, Marunouchi, or Hibiya to subway station Kasumigaseki, exit No. C2 or A12. Or take Ginza line to Tranomon, exit No. 9.
