Kirsta Anderson
Partner, Chief People Officer
Kirsta Anderson is Partners Group's Chief People Officer and Global Head of the Human Resources business department, based in Zug and London. She is a member of the Executive Team, the Global Executive Board and is also the Co-Chair of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Prior to joining Partners Group, she was a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry, where she built and led their global Culture Transformation practice. Before that she led global client relationships in the telecoms and financial services sectors and advanced the firm's talent management practice. She holds a master's degree in Philosophy of Science from Stanford University, California, USA and a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Sociology from New York University, USA.
Andrew Bellis
Partner, Head Private Debt
Andrew Bellis is Head of the Private Debt business department, based in New York. He is a member of the Global Executive Board, Chairman of the Structured Credit Investment Committee and a member of the Global Liquid Loans Investment Committee. He has 24 years of industry experience. Prior to Partners Group, he served as a Partner for 4 years at 3i Debt Management Investments, part of 3i Group, and was responsible for their CLO and loan fund business. Andrew also held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Dresdner Bank, including most recently serving as Global Head of CLOs at Credit Suisse. Andrew holds a master’s degree in physics from Imperial College London, UK.
Sarah Brewer
Partner, Co-Head Client Solutions
Sarah Brewer is Co-Head of the Client Solutions business department and Head of Client Solutions for the UK, based in London. She co-leads Partners Group’s Clients Pillar, is a member of the Executive Team and the Global Executive Board. She has been with Partners Group since 2008 and has 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at Bloomberg LP. She holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford, UK.
Mike Bryant
Partner, Head Private Real Estate and Head Private Real Estate Europe
Mike Bryant is Head of the Private Real Estate business department and Head of the European Private Real Estate business unit. He is a member of the Global Executive Board, the Global Investment Committee and Chairman of the Private Real Estate Partnership Investments Investment Committee and the Private Real Estate Direct Investment Committee, and has 34 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Mike worked at GE Capital Real Estate, HVB Real Estate Capital, Erste Bank, Coopers and Lybrand, and Cushman and Wakefield. At GE Capital Real Estate he held a broad variety of leadership roles, including leading the European asset management and risk functions. He holds a master's degree from Cambridge University, UK, and is a qualified chartered surveyor.
Roberto Cagnati
Partner, Chief Risk Officer, Head Portfolio Solutions
Roberto Cagnati is Partners Group's Chief Risk Officer and Head of the Portfolio Solutions business department, based in Zug. He co-leads Partners Group’s Clients Pillar, is a member of the Executive Team, the Global Portfolio Committee, the Global Executive Board, as well as Deputy Chairman of the Private Markets Relative Value Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 2004 and has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Roberto worked at Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Credit Suisse Private Banking in the alternative investment space. He holds a master's degree in economics with a specialization in statistics and financial markets from the University of Konstanz, Germany.
Robert Collins
Partner, Co-Head Private Wealth
Robert Collins is Co-Head of Private Wealth, Head of Partners Group's New York Office and a member of the Global Executive Board. He leads Partners Group's US private wealth and defined contribution practice and is President, Portfolio Manager and Member of the Board of Managers of Partners Group Private Equity (Master Fund), LLC. He also chairs Partners Group (USA) Inc.'s Investment Committee. Robert joined the firm in 2005 as a member of the Private Equity investment team and has 23 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UBS Warburg and Salomon Smith Barney. Robert holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University, New York, USA where he was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, and a bachelor's degree from Tulane University, Louisiana, USA where he majored in economics and history. He is a CFA charterholder.
Israel Javier
Co-Head Finance Shared Services, Head Manila Office
Israel Javier is Head of Partners Group's Manila office and Co-Head of Finance Shared Services as part of the Group Finance and Corporate Development business department. He is a member of the Global Executive Board has 20 years of relevant experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at PwC Philippines and UK and Arvato Corp. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines and is a Philippine certified public accountant.
Juri Jenkner
Partner, Co-Head Investments and Head Private Infrastructure
Juri Jenkner is Head of the Private Infrastructure business department, based in Zug. He co-leads Partners Group's Investments pillar, is a member of the Global Executive Board. He is also Co-head of Investments, a member of the Global Investment Committee and Chairman of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee. Previously, he served as Co-Head of the Private Debt business department and Head of the European Private Debt business unit. He has been with Partners Group since 2004 and has 22 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Privatbankiers Merck Finck & Co. He holds a master's degree in finance from the Lorange Institute of Business Zurich, Switzerland. He is also a certified European financial analyst.
Andreas Knecht
Partner, Chief Operating Officer, Co-General Counsel and Co-Head of Legal & Compliance
Andreas Knecht is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-General Counsel of Partners Group, based in Zug. He leads Partners Group's Operations pillar, is Co-Head of the Legal & Compliance business department and a member of the Executive Team and Global Executive Board. Andreas has been with Partners Group since 2009 and has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked as an attorney at a number of different law firms, including Niederer Kraft & Frey, Zurich, advising corporate clients in M&A and financing matters, and as co-lead at Man Group's Continental Europe legal team. He holds a master’s degree in law from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and an LL.M. from New York University, USA. He is also admitted to the Swiss bar.
Dr. Guido Koch
Partner, Co-Head Client Solutions
Dr. Guido Koch is Co-Head of the Client Solutions business department and Co-Head of the European Client Solutions business unit, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2007 and has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked as a management consultant at Droege & Comp in Asia and Europe, with a focus on the Asia operations of European headquartered firms. He holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Hamburg, Germany and a PhD in international management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. He is also a research fellow of the SMU/Wharton research center.
David Layton
Partner, Chief Executive Officer
David Layton is the Chief Executive Officer of Partners Group. Partners Group is a publicly listed (SW:PGHN) private-markets focused investment firm that has invested approximately USD 200 billion in private equity, private debt, private real estate, and private infrastructure on behalf of its global client base. David leads Partners Group’s Executive Team, its Global Executive Board and he is a member of the firm’s Global Investment Committee. David principally divides his time between Partners Group's Americas headquarters in Colorado, USA and Partners Group's global headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. He was previously the Head of Partners Group's Private Equity business department, and he has represented the firm on the Board of Directors of several of the firm's portfolio companies, including Universal Services of America, Nobel Learning Communities, MicroPoise Measurement Systems, Cabot Credit Management, Pacific Bells, and Strategic Partners. David holds a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management.
Dr. Kevin Lu
Partner, Chairman of Asia
Dr. Kevin Lu is Partners Group’s Chairman of Asia, a member of the Global Executive Board and Head of Partners Group’s Singapore office. Additionally, he chairs the International Advisory Council for PG LIFE, the firm's SDG-focused fund series, and leads the development of relationships with key strategic clients in Asia. Kevin has been with Partners Group since 2014. Prior to joining Partners Group, he served as Asia Regional Director and Chief Financial Officer at the World Bank Group's Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, overseeing its finance, investments, portfolio management and risk analytics functions. He serves on the Advisory Board of the World Bank's Global Infrastructure Facility, Monetary Authority of Singapore's Financial Centre Advisory Panel, the International Experts Advisory Committee of Insurance Asset Management Association of China, and the World Economic Forum's Global Future Council on Investing. Dr. Kevin Lu has furthermore published commentaries in the Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy, Washington Post, Financial Times and the Straits Times. He is an Adjunct Professor at Yale-NUS, a Senior Fellow at Milken Institute and a Distinguished Fellow at INSEAD.
Stefan Näf
Partner, Chairman of Clients, Co-Head Client Solutions Americas
Stefan Näf is Partners Group's Chairman of Clients and Co-Head Client Solutions Americas business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Executive Board. He has been with Partners Group since 2000 and has 27 years of industry experience. Previously he was part of the Private Equity Directs and Primaries business unit and subsequently founded the firm's London office. He was also formerly Head of the Client Solutions business department. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at the European Institute for Risk Management (EIRM). He holds a master’s degree in banking and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Dr. Stephan Schäli is the Chief Investment Officer of Partners Group and member of the Global Executive Board, based in Zug. He is furthermore the Deputy Chairman of the Global Investment Committee and Chairman of the Global Portfolio Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 1999 and has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UBS and Goldman Sachs & Co. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Illinois, USA and a PhD in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
Wolf-Henning Scheider
Partner, Co-Head Investments and Head Private Equity
Wolf-Henning Scheider is Head of Private Equity, based in Zug. He also co-leads Partners Group's Investments pillar. He has 35 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked in ZF Group, a global technology company, where he served as the Chairman of the Board of Management and CEO, and was also responsible for Research & Development and Sales. He also worked in MAHLE Group where he served as Chairman of the Management Board and CEO, as well as Robert Bosch GmbH, where he held various roles amongst others such as the CEO of the Car Multimedia Division and the Gasoline Systems Divisions. Afterwards, he was appointed as Member of the Board of Management and later on took over the overall responsibility for the activities of the Automotive Group. He holds degrees in business administration from Saarland University, Germany and RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
Dr. Yves Schneller
Partner, Co-General Counsel and Co-Head Legal & Compliance
Dr. Yves Schneller is the Co-Head of the Legal & Compliance business department, serves as the Co-General Counsel and is a member of the Global Executive Board, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2008, previously heading the Investment Services team, and has 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Baer & Karrer, specializing in international and domestic M&A transactions (focusing on private M&A and private equity transactions, including secondary buyouts and public to private transactions). He holds a PhD in business law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland on the topic of liabilities in merger law and is also admitted to the Swiss bar.
Dr. Raymond Schnidrig
Partner, Chief Technology Officer, Head Technology
Dr. Raymond Schnidrig is the Chief Technology Officer of Partners Group and Head of the Technology business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Executive Board and has been with Partners Group since 2010. He has 29 years of industry experience and, prior to joining Partners Group, worked for eight years at Goldman Sachs and co-founded an ETH spin-off company in the computational finance space. He holds a PhD in computer science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.
Martin Scott
Partner, Head of Australia
Martin Scott is Head of Partners Group’s Sydney office and Head of the Australian Client Solutions business unit, as well as a member of the Global Executive Board and Director of Partners Group Australia. Martin has 30 years of industry experience and joined Partners Group in 2008 when he commenced the firm's Australian operations. Prior to joining Partners Group, he held senior roles at Zurich Investments, where he was Head of Investment Sales; Zurich Scudder; Tyndall Investment Management; and Citigroup. He holds a marketing diploma from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia and studied business at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.
Anthony Shontz
Partner, Head Private Equity Partnership Investments
Anthony Shontz is Head of Partners Group's Denver office, Head of the Private Equity Partnership Investments business unit, and a member of the Global Executive Board, the Global Investment Committee, the Private Equity Direct Co-Investments and Direct Lead Growth Investments Investment Committees and the Private Equity Integrated Investment Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 2007 and has 21 years of industry experience, previously working at Pacific Private Capital and Prudential Capital Group. Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University, Utah, USA and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Illinois, USA.
Christian Unger
Partner, Head Operating Directors and Entrepreneurial Governance
Christian Unger is Head of the Operating Directors and Entrepreneurial Governance business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Civica and SPi Global. Christian is a member of Partners Group's Global Executive Board and has been with the firm since 2013, bringing 27 years of industry experience in the media and digital space. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was global CEO of Ringier AG, Switzerland’s largest media company. During that time, he was also Chairman of Betty Bossi AG and board member of Scout24, jobs.ch, RingierAxelSpringer AG and Publigroupe AG. Before Ringier, he was CEO of QXL Ricardo/Allegro, a publicly listed e-commerce company (at the LSE in London) which he sold to Naspers for 2bn CHF in 2008. Christian started his career at Bertelsmann AG and holds a master’s degree in economics from the European Business School, Germany.
