Partners Group Listed Investments SICAV – Listed Infrastructure awarded highest rating by MorningstarTM
Partners Group Listed Investments SICAV – Listed Infrastructure is the only infrastructure fund in a peer group of 73 funds to have been awarded the highest possible rating of five stars by MorningstarTM, the leading provider of independent investment analysis.
The actively managed fund strives to achieve solid risk-adjusted returns by making the typical characteristics of core infrastructure investments such as low susceptibility to economic fluctuations, stable revenues and inflation protection available to investors. The fund is accessible to all investors with a minimum subscription of EUR 100 and offers daily liquidity, thereby eliminating a number of the traditional hurdles associated with investments in the infrastructure asset class. Partners Group Listed Investments SICAV – Listed Infrastructure has achieved a clear outperformance of 4.89% p.a. compared to the MSCI World EUR TR since its inception in October 2006 whilst exposing investors to a lower level of risk (volatility).
We anticipate that the infrastructure segment will continue to be highly attractive going forward with a lack of government funding in developed countries supporting the investment environment for private investors. The continuing urbanization as well as the economic growth in emerging markets additionally result in an increased need for new infrastructure and thus offer further investment perspectives.
