PERE: 'The green premium becomes a reality'

"Last year marked the first time in my career that I saw credible published ev­idence of a premium for green build­ings," says Peter Holden, Co-Head Private Real Estate Asset Management at Partners Group, in this interview with PERE. Peter explains that energy-efficient buildings will continue to attract the right tenants and are therefore more likely to be good assets in 10 or 15 years' time.
