Partners Group to exit investment in Nobel Learning
Partners Group, the global private markets investment manager, announced today that one of its portfolio companies, Nobel Learning Communities Inc., an operator of preschool through grade 12 private schools in the US, is under contract to be sold. The sale is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2015 at an anticipated return on investment of approximately 4x cost.Nobel Learning serves over 25'000 students through 176 schools in 18 states and the District of Columbia as well as globally via Laurel Springs, its online private school.As part of the divestiture, David Layton, Head of Private Equity Americas at Partners Group, has stepped down from Nobel Learning's Board of Directors.
