Anne-Marie Godfrey is Global Head of Product Structuring in our Structuring Solutions business unit, based in Zug. Anne-Marie leads a team that focuses on the structuring of private equity, real estate, infrastructure and credit private markets comingled funds and managed accounts. Prior to joining Partners Group in 2025, she was a partner and head of the investment management practice, Hong Kong for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and previously head of the investment management practice, Asia for Bingham McCutchen. She has in the region of 25 years experience as an investment funds lawyer. She holds and LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Galway, Ireland and an MSc. in Digital Innovation from University College Dublin, Smurfit Business School, Ireland. She is admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales, Ireland and Hong Kong and has completed the Advanced Management Program at Insead Business School.
