Josy Mazzucchiello, our Head of European CLOs, and Marisa Chen, Head of Structured Issuance, spoke with PEI Private Credit about how we believe appetite for CLOs will continue. In this keynote interview, Josy and Marisa discuss activity levels, dispersion in CLO manager performance, the importance of credit selection and active portfolio management, and the broader market outlook.

"When I look back now and think about what I love about the infrastructure space, it is that entrepreneurial spirit,” Esther Peiner, our Global Head of Infrastructure, reflected in an interview with IPE. Our Co-Head of Real Estate Henrik Orrbeck joined a PERE roundtable to look at how political volatility, shifting capital flows, and higher financing costs are changing the outlook for real estate in the UK. As Henrik notes, "it is a lot easier to make underwriting stack up in continental Europe. To a large extent, that is driven by the lower cost of debt. Yields are surprisingly similar... So, it is quite a mixed picture."

Capital flows into real estate secondaries have accelerated, creating a more crowded field, particularly at the larger end. In this part of the market scale matters, but it is not the defining competitive advantage across all segments.
