Jonathan Abraham

Managing Director

Jonathan Abraham is the Co-Head of Client Solutions Australia business unit, based in Sydney. He has been with Partners Group since 2012 and has 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Colonial First State, Macquarie Bank and Rothschild Australia Asset Management. He is currently undertaking an MBA from the University of New South Wales Australian Graduate School of Management.

Carsten Ahrens

Managing Director

Carsten Ahrens is part of the European Client Solutions business unit, based in Zug. He has 15 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Deutsche Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree from Maastricht University, Netherlands.

Urban Angehrn

Member of the Board of Directors

Urban Angehrn was most recently CEO of FINMA, Switzerland’s financial markets supervisory authority, from November 2021 to September 2023. From 2015 to 2021, he was a member of the Executive Committee and Group Chief Investment Officer of Zurich Insurance Group (“Zurich”). In this role, he was responsible for Zurich’s entire investment portfolio including operations, digitization, and sustainability strategy. From 2007 to 2015, Mr. Angehrn was first Regional Investment Manager Europe, then Head of Strategy Implementation and then Head of Alternative Investments at Zurich. Earlier in his career, he worked at Winterthur (now AXA) as Head of Allocation & Strategy in Asset Management from 2005 to 2007, at Credit Suisse First Boston in Fixed Income Derivatives Marketing from 1999 to 2005 and at JP Morgan in Fixed Income Sales and Derivatives Marketing from 1994 to 1999. Mr. Angehrn has a doctorate in mathematics from Harvard University and a master's degree in theoretical physics from ETH Zurich.

James Ajello

Managing Director

James Ajello is part of the Private Credit Americas business unit, based in Denver. He is a member of the Private Credit US Investment Committee. He has 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group in 2018, he worked at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group and completed numerous syndicated loan and bond financings for below-investment grade issuers. Prior to Goldman Sachs he worked at Wells Fargo Securities. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University.

Suhail Albaz

Managing Director

Suhail Albaz based in the UAE, leads Partners Group’s activities and is responsible for the overall business strategy and client engagement activity of the firm in the region. He joined Partners Group in 2023 with significant experience in building & managing teams, businesses and complex client relationships. Prior to joining Partners Group, Suhail most recently held leadership positions at Natixis Investment Managers and Columbia Threadneedle Investments. He has also previously held positions at Abu Dhabi Investment Company and Mashreqbank. Suhail holds the position of Senior Executive Officer of our Dubai and Abu Dhabi regulated entities under the Dubai Financial Services Authority and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from the Queen Mary, University of London along with masters’ degrees in Computer Science and Middle Eastern Politics History & Economics from University of Kent and SOAS, University of London.

Milorad Anđelić

Managing Director

Milorad Anđelić is part of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit, based in Zug. He has 22 years of industry experience, including 14 years at Abris Capital Partners, a leading mid-market private equity firm in Central and Eastern Europe. While at Abris Capital Partners, Milorad delivered top quartile returns on four investments made on behalf of the firm's investors, and held Supervisory Board roles in five portfolio companies across different geographies. He holds an MBA with distinction from Said Business School, University of Oxford, UK and a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from Washington College, Maryland, USA.

Dr. Adrian Andermatt

Managing Director

Dr. Adrian Andermatt is Head of the Investment Legal business unit, based in Zug. He has over 23 years of relevant experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked as an attorney at Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bär&Karrer and most recently as a member of the executive committee of Zuger Kantonalbank. He holds a PhD in business law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland, and is also admitted to the Swiss bar.

Joanna Asfour

Joanna Asfour is part of the Client Solutions business department, based in London. She has been with Partners Group since 2011 and has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at Citibank. She holds a master’s degree in international business and languages from Heriot-Watt University, UK.

Dr. Dmitriy Antropov

Managing Director

Dr. Dmitriy Antropov is Head of the Private Infrastructure Partnership Investments business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee and the Global Investment Committee. Dmitriy is furthermore leading Partners Group’s data center thematic globally. He has been with Partners Group since 2008 and has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UniCredit Group, L.E.K. Consulting and Apax Partners. He holds a PhD in world economics from Financial University, Moscow. He is also a Financial Risk Manager.

Nils Bartel

Nils Bartel is Global Head of the Capital Markets business unit, based in Zug. He is responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure Direct investments globally across their life cycle. He has been with Partners Group since 2014 and has 22 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at J.P. Morgan in the EMEA Acquisition and Leveraged Finance team. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Catholic University of Eichstaett-Ingolstadt, Germany.

Robert-Jan Bakker

Managing Director

Robert-Jan Bakker is part of the Private Infrastructure business department, based in Zug. He has 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at APG Asset Management and Deloitte. He holds a cum laude master’s degree in finance and investments from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, Netherlands. He is also a CAIA charterholder.

Andreas Baumann

Seasoned Partner

Andreas Baumann joined Partners Group in 2003 and has held a range of senior leadership roles globally. During the early years of the firm’s presence in North America, he established key investment partner relationships and built the firm’s co-investment program as a member of the Private Equity team in New York. From 2010 to 2014, Andreas led the expansion of the Private Equity business across Asia as Head of Private Equity Asia, based in Singapore. He later returned to New York, where he served as Head of the Americas and represented the region on the firm’s Executive Committee from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Andreas has been based at Partners Group’s headquarters in Zug, Switzerland. Over the course of his tenure, Andreas served as a standing member of the Global Investment Committee and several Specialist Investment Committees. He is currently a member of the Special Opportunities and Private Equity Portfolio Secondaries Investment Committees and chairs the Evergreen Product Approval Group. Prior to joining Partners Group, Andreas worked in the United States, China, and Switzerland. He holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Christoph Baumann

Christoph Baumann is part of the Private Equity Partnership Investments business unit, based in Zug. He has 14 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked as a Vice Principal at Hollyport Capital in London and as a Manager in the transaction services division at PwC in London and Vienna. He holds a bachelor’s degree in international business economics from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU), Austria.

Roy Baumann

Roy Baumann is part of the Private Equity Partnership Investments business unit, based in Zug. Roy is a member of the Private Equity Primaries Investment Committee and Private Equity LP Portfolio Secondaries Investment Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 2004 and has 22 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he held positions in M&A at Morgan Stanley, economic research at UBS Warburg, in audit at KPMG and finance at Procter & Gamble. He holds a master’s degree in economics and finance and a CEMS master’s in international management from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Andrew Bellis

Andrew Bellis is the Global Head of the Private Credit business department, based in New York. He is a member of the Global Private Credit IC. He has been with Partners Group since 2017 and has 27 years of industry experience. Prior to Partners Group, he served as a Partner for four years at 3i Credit Management Investments, part of 3i Group, and was responsible for their CLO and loan fund business. Andrew also held various roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Dresdner Bank, including most recently serving as Global Head of CLOs at Credit Suisse. Andrew holds a master’s degree in physics from Imperial College London, UK.

Piotr Biezychudek

Managing Director

Piotr Biezychudek is part of the Private Equity Health and Life business unit, based in Denver. He is a member of the Health and Life Vertical Investment Committee and has 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at KRG Capital / Mountaingate Capital, The Edgewater Funds, 3i Group and JPMorgan Securities. He holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Illinois, USA and bachelor's degree Cum Laude in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA.

Benjamin A. Breier

Benjamin A. Breier is Head of US Private Equity Health and Life, based in Denver. He is also a member of the Health and Life Vertical Investment Committee. He has 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was Chief Executive Officer, President and Member of the Board of Directors of Kindred Healthcare, LLC, one of the largest providers of healthcare services in the United States. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Concentra and as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Premier Practice Management. Benjamin is a former member of the Business Roundtable (BRT) and the Wall Street Journal CEO Council and previously served on the Board of the Federation of American Hospitals and InnovaCare Health. He continues to serve on the Board of the University of Miami’s School of Business, the Board of Overseers at the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Louisville Health Board of Directors. He also formerly chaired the Louisville Healthcare CEO Council. He is the author of Intentional Disruption: Leadership Lessons in Healthcare, Business, and Beyond, published by Forbes in 2022. Benjamin holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, USA and an MBA and an MHA from the University of Miami, Florida, USA.

René Biner

René Biner is Chairman of the Global Investment Committee since 2017, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 1999 and has 32 years of industry experience. He previously worked on private equity direct investments and transactions before taking on responsibility for partnership investments in Europe and, later, relocating to Partners Group's New York office where he was Co-Head of the firm's US private equity investment activities. Following his return to Partners Group's principal office in Zug, René was assigned responsibility for the firm's private credit investment management activities. Before Partners Group, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Zurich with responsibility in the due diligence and audit practice. He holds a master's degree in economics and business administration from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. He is also a Swiss Certified Public Accountant.

Patrik Bless is Co-Head of Business Applications and Chief Information Security Officer at Partners Group, based in Zug. With 19 years of experience at the intersection of technology and business strategy, he drives enterprise transformation and digital innovation. Before joining Partners Group in 2016, he held leadership roles in deep tech and top-tier management consulting, delivering impact across global organizations. He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from EPFL and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Christopher Bone

Christopher Bone is Head of Private Credit Europe and Asia, based in London. He is the Chairman of the Private Credit Europe and Private Credit Asia Investment Committees, Co-Chairman of the Global Private Credit Investment Committee, and a member of the Global IC and Private Credit US Investment Committees. He has been with Partners Group since 2010 and has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at AlpInvest Partners, RBS, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Christopher holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Durham, UK and is also a CFA charterholder.

Sarah Brewer

Sarah Brewer is the Head of Client Solutions for the UK, based in London. She is a member of the Global Executive Board. She has been with Partners Group since 2008 and has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at Bloomberg LP. She holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy, politics and economics from the University of Oxford, UK.

Todd Bright

Todd Bright is Co-Head of Private Infrastructure Americas. He is a board member of portfolio companies Exus North America, Budderfly, Dimension Energy, Power Transitions, Middle River Power, and Seaborn Group. Todd has been with Partners Group since January 2014 and has 34 years of industry experience, which included roles such as Managing Director of power and renewables investments at Denham Capital, Vice President of Structured Transactions at Conectiv Energy and Director of Business Development at Equinor (fka Statoil). He began his career after receiving his MBA as an energy project developer at Enron. He holds an MBA from George Washington University, Washington, D.C., USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Virginia, USA.

Mike Bryant

Mike Bryant is the Co-Head of Private Real Estate, based in London. He is a member of the Global Executive Board, the Chairman of the Private Real Estate Investments Committee and Real Estate Thematic Relative Value Committee and has 37 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Mike worked at GE Capital Real Estate, HVB Real Estate Capital, Erste Bank, Coopers and Lybrand, and Cushman and Wakefield. At GE Capital Real Estate he held a broad variety of leadership roles, including leading the European asset management and risk functions. He holds a master's degree from Cambridge University, UK, and is a qualified chartered surveyor.

Lukas Bucher

Lukas Bucher is part of the Private Equity Services business unit, based in Zug, and sits on the Private Equity Co-investments and Extension Secondaries investment committee and Services Vertical Investment committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Key Retirement Group, Afileon and International Schools Partnership. Lukas has been with Partners Group since 2008, with 23 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at The Boston Consulting Group and was part of the Insurance Practice Group. He holds an MBA from INSEAD Paris, France and a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Andre Burba

Managing Director

Andre Burba is part of the Private Infrastructure Americas business unit, based in Denver. He serves on the Infrastructure Investment Committee and the U.S. Investment Committee. He has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a Managing Director at Global Infrastructure Partners where he focused on structured equity and credit investments in various infrastructure sectors. Prior to GIP, he was a Partner and a member of the Investment Committee at Pine Brook, a private equity firm based in New York focused on growth equity investments in energy and financial services. Before Pine Brook, he was at Credit Suisse in the Special Opportunities group focusing on principal investments in renewable energy, infrastructure and mining. He started his career as a project finance legal counsel at Milbank Tweed in New York. He holds a juris doctorate (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School, Tennessee, USA where he was a John S. Beasley Scholar, and bachelor's degrees in music and mathematics from West Virginia University, USA.

Roberto Cagnati

Roberto Cagnati is Partners Group's Chief Risk Officer and Head of the Portfolio Solutions business department, based in Zug. He co-leads Partners Group’s Clients Pillar, is a member of the Executive Team and the Global Portfolio Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 2004 and has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Roberto worked at Deutsche Bank Asset Management and Credit Suisse Private Banking in the alternative investment space. He holds a master's degree in economics with a specialization in statistics and financial markets from the University of Konstanz, Germany.

Vanessa Camilleri

Managing Director

Vanessa Camilleri is the Global Head Client Due Diligence and has been with Partners Group since 2006. She has 20 years of industry experience and has held several roles within Partners Group, including leading roles within the investment legal team and has led regulatory and business initiatives such as heading the Luxembourg office for 9 years and building a 26 (1) licensed depositary business. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Malta. She holds a doctorate of laws from the University of Malta and a master’s degree in European Union law from the Collège d’Europe, Belgium. She is also admitted to the bar in Malta.

Angelica Campanaro

Managing Director

Angelica Campanaro is the Global Co-Head of Structuring Solutions business unit, based in London, as Regional Head Americas and Global Co-head Client Conversions. Angelica focuses on structuring private equity, private real estate, private infrastructure, private debt and private markets comingled fund offerings and separate accounts. Prior to joining Partners Group in 2014, she worked at Brinen & Associates, LLC practicing corporate and securities law. She holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Rutgers University.

Andrew Campbell

Andrew Campbell is the Global Co-Head of the Compliance business unit, based in London, and has been with Partners Group since 2005. With 26 years of industry experience, he was previously Head of Legal Services & Transactions at Partners Group before moving to lead the Global Compliance team. Prior to joining Partners Group he worked as a Legal Due Diligence and Compliance Officer at Sigma Asset Management, a fund of hedge funds manager based in Guernsey and as a lawyer at Buddle Findlay, a national law firm in New Zealand. He holds bachelor's degrees in law (honours) and political science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand; a graduate diploma in applied finance and investments from the Securities Institute of Australia; and an ICA Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from Alliance Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK. He is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, and is admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. He is also a Fellow of the International Compliance Association."

Ana Campos

Ana Campos is the Global Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive team at Partners Group, based in Zug. She joined Partners Group in 2024 after serving as Managing Director at Accenture, where she was responsible for the Data & AI Network in Switzerland. Prior to that, she was co-CEO of IT provider Trivadis. Ana has a strong track record in transforming organizations by integrating human capital with technology and financials. She holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources from FHNW in Olten, Switzerland.

Will Chen

Managing Director

Will Chen is a Managing Director in the Private Equity Technology Industry Vertical, based in Denver. He is a member of the Technology Vertical Investment Committee. Will has over 23 years of industry experience. He has proven investment origination experience within the technology and software sectors and has led successful value creation programs at multiple portfolio companies. Prior to joining Partners Group, Will was a Managing Director in the Corporate Private Equity Group within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. While at Goldman Sachs, he served on the board of directors for software and tech-enabled services companies such as Sterling, Aptos, CommerceHub and Fortress Information Security. Previously, he held positions at Apax Partners and Bain & Company. He has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BS and MS from the School of Engineering at Stanford University.

Joseph Chien

Managing Director

Joseph Chien is the Regional Head of Private Real Estate Asia and Co-Head of Private Real Estate Partnership Investments, based in Singapore. He is a member of the Private Real Estate Investment Committee. He has 28 years of industry experience in Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a Managing Director at Blackstone Real Estate based in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo, responsible for real estate acquisitions and initiatives in China and Japan. Before joining Blackstone, Joe was an Executive Director at BGO, formerly known as GreenOak Real Estate Advisors, in New York, where he focused on acquisitions in the U.S., Greater China, and India. He began his career in real estate in 1997 at Morgan Stanley in their real estate investing and mergers & acquisitions departments in New York and London. Joe holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University, North Carolina, USA.

Thomas Clark

Managing Director

Thomas Clark is Co-Head of the Private Equity Goods and Products Americas business unit, based in Denver. He is a member of the Goods and Products Vertical Investment Committee. He has 25 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Comvest Partners as co-head of Private Equity, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and the Investment Committees for its private equity and special opportunities strategies. He has led and managed investments in sectors focused on e-commerce and consumer, and related business services. Previously, he worked at Apax Partners, Bain Capital and Goldman Sachs. He received a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and pursued graduate-level coursework at The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies. He was a Hodson Scholar and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University.

Richard Cliff

Managing Director

Richard Cliff joined Partners Group as a Managing Director in the Private Markets Royalties team in 2024, based in London. Richard has over a decade of experience in royalties transactions, gained at FlowStream Commodities, a KKR backed energy royalty & streaming company, where as General Counsel, he was responsible for all legal and contractual aspects of royalty & streaming transactions globally, and then with PG3 AG (which is the family office of the Partners Group co-founders), where he worked on its royalties strategy. Prior to that, Richard spent 20 years in private practice in London, where he was focused on public and private M&A, capital raising and private equity, at firms such as Herbert Smith Freehills and Milbank. Richard holds a BA and MA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.

Robert Collins

Robert Collins is Global Co-Head of Private Wealth, based in New York. Robert leads Partners Group's US Private Wealth business and is President, Portfolio Manager, and Member of the Board of Managers of Partners Group Private Equity, LLC, Partners Group Growth, LLC, Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure, LLC, and Partners Group Lending Fund, LLC. He also chairs Partners Group (USA) Inc.'s Investment Committee. Robert joined the firm in 2005 as a member of the Private Equity investment team and has over 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at UBS Warburg and Salomon Smith Barney. Robert holds an MBA from the Johnson School at Cornell University, where he was a Roy H. Park Leadership Fellow, and a bachelor's degree from Tulane University, where he majored in economics and history. He is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation. 

Dr. David Daum

Dr. David Daum is the Head of the Private Infrastructure Europe business unit, based in Zug. He is also the Co-Chair of the Private Infrastructure Investment Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Techem, North Star, Biogeen, Green Flexibility. He has been with Partners Group since 2011 and has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Deutsche Bank. He holds a PhD in physics from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Andrew Deakin

Andrew Deakin is part of the Private Equity Services business unit, based in London, and is a member of the Services Vertical Investment Committee. He has been with Partners Group since 2013 and has 29 years of industry experience. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies International Schools Partnership, Key Group, Pest Control Partnership and Rovensa. Prior to joining Partners Group, Andrew was a Partner at Phoenix Equity Partners and worked at Deloitte Corporate Finance and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Nottingham, UK. He is also a chartered accountant.

Ed Diffendal

Ed Diffendal is Co-Head of Infrastructure in the Americas business unit, based in Denver. He is the Co-Chair of the Infrastructure Investment Committee, a member of the Global Investment Committee, and the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies EdgeCore, Enfragen, Milestone Equipment, Esentia, and Resilient Infrastructure Group, and has 29 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was the CEO of United Bridge Partners, a private transportation infrastructure investment company, where he pioneered the use of fully Infrastructure capital for replacement transportation projects. Previously, Ed was a Managing Director at the American Infrastructure Fund, where he focused on transportation, midstream oil and gas, and asset intensive real property infrastructure. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from Stanford University, California, USA and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, New Hampshire, USA.

Cyrus Driver

Managing Director

Cyrus Driver co-heads the Private Equity Asia business unit and is based in Singapore. He is a member of the Technology Vertical Investment Committee and the Private Equity Co-Investments and Extension Secondaries IC. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Guardian Early Learning, Darwinbox and Frontier. Cyrus has been with Partners Group since 2012, has 26 years of private equity investing experience and has served on the boards of multiple portfolio companies. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at J.P. Morgan Partners (Private Equity, South and Southeast Asia) and Helix Investments (India Head, Private Equity). He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Henk Van Duijnhoven

Managing Director

Henk van Duijnhoven is part of the Infrastructure Americas business unit based in Denver. He is a board member of portfolio companies Edgecore, Exus and Resilient. Henk has over 33 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he spent 15 years at Danaher where he held several executive operating positions as the Group Executive for their dental platform, President of Linx and President of Videojet EU. In addition, he had Corporate positions as the Vice President for Human Resources and as the Vice President of Business Development. Henk spent 8 years at The Boston Consulting Group including as a Partner and Managing Director. Most recently he was the President of Coho Climate Consulting. Alfred Gantner is the Co-Founder of Partners Group. He is an executive member of Partners Group Holding AG’s Board of Directors, based in Zug. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Partners Group from 1996 to 2005 and subsequently as Executive Chairman from 2005 to 2014. Prior to joining Partners Group in 2025, she was a partner and head of the investment management practice, Hong Kong for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and previously head of the investment management practice, Asia for Bingham McCutchen. She has in the region of 27 years experience as an investment funds lawyer. She holds and LL.B. (Hons.) from University of Galway, Ireland and an MSc. in Digital Innovation from University College Dublin, Smurfit Business School, Ireland. Vageesh Gupta

Vageesh Gupta is Head of Partners Group’s Mumbai office and is part of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit. He is a member of the Goods and Products Vertical Investment Committee. He has 19 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at TA Associates, where he led the firm's investment efforts in the consumer and healthcare sectors in India, and at Sequoia Capital. Before that, Vageesh was with McKinsey & Co advising clients across consumer goods and financial services industries. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, France, where he was a member of the Dean's List, and a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi, India. Her mandate is focused on driving forward Partners Group's bespoke private markets solutions for the Defined Contribution ("DC") pensions market. She has over 34 years of experience in senior leadership roles at JP Morgan Asset Management, most recently serving as Managing Director, Portfolio Manager and Head of Retirement Solutions in the Multi-Asset Solutions division where she launched JPMorgan's SmartRetirement Target Date franchise. She also founded the Aspen Leadership Forum on Retirement Savings in conjunction with AARP and holds three patents for the design of a dynamic withdrawal investment process and for the evaluation of target date funds. Mike has nearly four decades of experience in assessing, acquiring, integrating, growing and managing businesses. He began his career at McKinsey & Company where he eventually was the co-lead partner for the Business-to-Business and Education practices in North America. He then spent 21+ years at Eaton where he led functions such as sales, marketing, global product management, strategy and M&A, and served as the President and General Manager of businesses in the data center, residential building and power electronics industries in both North America and Europe/Middle East/Africa. Mike graduated magna cum laude with an AB in Applied Math and Economics from Brown University and holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Derek Lim

Jose Mahomar

Jose Mahomar is the Co-Head of Client Solutions Americas business unit, based in Miami. He is also the Global Head of Consultant Relations. He has been with Partners Group since 2023 and has 22 years of industry experience. Before joining Partners Group, Jose spent eighteen years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Managing Director within the Americas Client Business where he Co-led the Americas Consultant Relations team. In this role, Jose was responsible for developing and maintain strategic relationships with institutional consultants across North America. Jose earned a BBA in Finance from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University.

Lindsay Luth

Lindsay Luth is the COO for Private Equity and is responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement to support investment process efficiencies and portfolio companies. Creating a scaled platform allows for shared learning, best practices and communication across distinct investment industry verticals and global locations. Lindsay is based in Denver and has over 24 years of experience in professional services, specifically within human capital management. Lindsay’s specialization is in value creation and leveraging her operating expertise. Prior to joining Partners Group, she was a General Manager responsible for P&L growth, product development, and service delivery delivering Health and Wealth HR outsourcing to large and mid-size organizations across all industries. She holds an MBA from DePaul University, Illinois, USA with a concentration in change management, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.

Michael Marquardt

He has 32 years of industry experience with large financial services companies including IQ-EQ, BlackRock and American Express. He has held roles such as Asia Regional CEO, Asia Pacific Chief Operating Officer, Japan Chief Operating Officer and Global Risk Manager. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was the Asia Regional CEO for IQ-EQ. Chris Mauss

Chris Mauss is a Managing Director and is the global co-head of the Portfolio Management business unit, based in London. He is responsible for the portfolio management of closed-ended funds, segregated mandates and evergreen programs. Prior to joining the portfolio management team, Chris worked 20 years in Private Equity direct investments, mostly focused on lead transactions in the European mid-cap market. At Partners Group he worked on the investments in Cerba Healthcare in France and Laboratoires Serb, where he served on the board of directors. Chris joined Partners Group in 2017 and was previously a Managing Director at Dubai International Capital, where he was responsible for some of the firms' European private equity investments. He holds a master's degree from ESCP Europe in Paris, France.

Prior to joining Partners Group, she was the Global Head of the Infrastructure Private Capital Advisory business for Sera Global, Brookfield’s real assets advisory platform. Irene’s previous roles include Managing Director in the Investor Solutions Group at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA), Head of North America and Business Development at Hastings Funds Management and Global Product Specialist for Infrastructure & Energy at KKR. Irene also previously worked in investment banking at both Morgan Stanley and Citigroup in NY. She holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Econ/Math) from the University of Ottawa, a JD from the Faculty of Law, University of Ottawa and a Master of Laws from the University of Chicago Law School. Prior to edyn, Stephen spent 17 years with IHG plc where he held a number of senior leadership roles including Group Head of Global Internal Audit, Chief Financial Officer for the MEA region, and Chief Operating Officer for Europe. He is a Chartered Management Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and Business from the University of Dundee, Scotland.

Toby Mannock is Head of the Private Equity Business Unit in Australia. Toby commenced with Partners Group in 2023 and has over 21 years of Industry Experience and 5 years Military Experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, Toby was Director, M&A / Head of Sector Team at ANZ Institutional Bank, Managing Director / Head of Division and Senior Advisor at Renaissance Capital, after commencing career with KPMG Corporate Finance. He holds Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Monash University and completed the Masterclass Program in Private Equity at LBS. Tarak Mehta

Tarak Mehta is Partner and Co-Head of the Private Equity Goods & Products business unit, based in Zug. He has over 26 years of industry experience and serves on the Board of Directors of the firm’s portfolio company Ammega. Prior to joining Partners Group, Tarak was the Chief Executive Officer of The Timken Company, a US-based manufacturer of bearings and power transmission products. Before that, he held several senior leadership roles at ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation solutions based in Switzerland. At ABB, Tarak led both the Motion division and the Electrification Products division and served as a member of ABB Ltd.’s Group Executive Committee from 2010 onward. Tarak has also held a number of board and governance roles. He served on the Board of Trustees at the Inter-Community School (ICS) from 2016 to 2023, and from 2014 to June 2020 he was a Non-Executive Director of ABB India Limited, where he was also a member of the Audit Committee. Since April 2021, he has been a member of the Prysmian Group’s Board of Directors and the Control and Risks Committee. Tarak holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago and a BSME from Purdue University. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked for 18 years as Partner and Head of Asia for Atlantic-Pacific Capital, Inc., which is one of the largest global, privately owned placement and advisory firms dedicated to raising capital for alternative investments. He has also worked at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in Hong Kong and the London offices of Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Economics from Queen Mary, University of London and a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. He is also a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in the United Kingdom, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®), and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA®). Stephen Otter joined Partners Group as Head of Private Markets Royalties in 2024. Prior to that Stephen built and ran the royalty strategy of PG3 AG (which is the family office of the Partners Group co-founders) since July 2021. Previously and from January 2014, Stephen worked at FlowStream Commodities, a KKR backed energy royalty & streaming company, where as Head of Business Development, he was responsible for originating and executing royalty & streaming transactions globally. Prior to his role at FlowStream, Stephen spent close to a decade in Investment Banking in London where he was focused on M&A and capital raising. Stephen graduated with first class honours in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Luv Parikh

Gaëlle Olivier has 32 years of experience in financial services. She is the Chairwoman of the Operations Oversight Committee, the Chairwoman of the Risk & Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination & Compensation Committee. After a first career in the financial derivatives industry, Gaëlle joined AXA Group in 1998, where she held several senior executive roles over the next 20 years, ten of which were spent in Asia. In 2016, she was appointed CEO of AXA Group's Property & Casualty business, and a member of the AXA Group Management Committee. Most recently, she joined Société Generale in 2020 as Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific activities and then held the role of Group Deputy General Manager and Chief Operating Officer until the end of 2022.

Lori Pomerantz

Managing Director

Lori Pomerantz is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Business Development and Asset Class Experts for the Private Credit business unit, based in New York. She has been with Partners Group since 2023 and has 23 years of industry experience. Before joining Partners Group, Lori spent eight years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Managing Director leading the Corporate Credit Lead Portfolio Management team and the commercial efforts for the broadly syndicated loan, high yield and opportunistic credit strategies. Prior to this role, she spearheaded long-only fixed income manager selection within Goldman’s Alternative Investments and Manager Selection (AIMS) business and spent 12 years as a high yield and broadly syndicated loan credit analyst at BNP Paribas, Macquarie Capital, Citigroup and Lehman Brothers. Lori earned a BBA, with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.

Raniero Proietti

Raniero Proietti is Managing Director in the Client Solutions Europe team, based in Milan. Raniero actively contributes also to the equity investment teams for our Italian assets, particularly Eolo and Telepass, while also participating in real estate investment activities. With over 30 years of experience in the sector, Raniero joined Partners Group following his role as Partner at Perennius Capital Partners, a firm that was integrated into Partners Group in 2013. Previously, he held several senior positions, including Country Head of Capital Markets in Italy at BNP Paribas, Deputy of the Equity Capital Markets division in Italy at Citigroup and various roles as Director at Lehman Brothers.

Cédric Pouyan

Cédric Pouyan is part of the European Client Solutions business unit, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2007 and has 22 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a Director at Swiss Finance & Property Corporation focusing on real estate corporate finance and investment management. He holds a master's degree in law from the University of Geneva, Switzerland and a master's degree in business and economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Philip Sauer

Philip Sauer is Head Private Wealth Europe within the Business Development department, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2008 and has 18 years of industry experience. Philip started with the firm as a member of the Associate Program and later joined the Corporate Development and Communications team, which he headed from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, he co-headed the Group Finance & Corporate Development team. From 2020 to 2025, Philip headed the Corporate Development team and reported to the CEO. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Sanjay Ravi

Managing Director

Sanjay Ravi is part of the Private Equity Technology business unit, based in Denver. He is also a member of the Technology Vertical Investment Committee. He has over 28 years of experience in the technology sector. Before joining Partners Group, he spent 17 years at Microsoft, most recently as the General Manager of the Automotive, Mobility & Transportation industry solutions business unit. In this role, he was responsible for building strategic corporate partnerships on a global scale and enabling digital transformation initiatives within the mobility landscape. He also held leadership positions in the Discrete Manufacturing and Tech & Electronics industry sectors. Prior to his time at Microsoft, he worked at i2 Technologies, a specialized software company focused on supply chain management. Sanjay also served on the technology advisory board of DMDII (Digital Manufacturing and Design Innovation Institute) and on the advisory board of the Cities and Mobility Program at WBCSD (World Business Council for Sustainable Development). He has earned a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India. He also holds a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems from Syracuse University and is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Charles Rees

Charles Rees is part of the Private Equity Technology business unit, based in Zug. He serves on the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio company Civica, Cloudflight and Forterro. He has been with Partners Group since 2011 and has 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs and had an assignment at Accenture. Dr. Stephan Schäli

Phil Shankweiler is a Managing Director and Head of RIA Client Solutions, Phil is responsible for RIA platform partnerships, relationship management and fundraising across the US RIA market. Phil, who is based in New York, joined the firm from Starwood Capital Group, where he was Head of RIA and Multi-Family Office Fundraising. Prior to that, he held a series of leadership roles in fundraising at Hartford Funds. Phil holds an MBA from Villanova University and a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is a CFA charterholder and the CAIA PA Chapter Co-Head.

Eicke Schinn

Eicke Schinn is the Head of the Group Internal Audit business unit, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2012 and has 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland. Wolf-Henning Scheider

Wolf-Henning Scheider serves as Head of Private Equity and Co-Head of Partners Group's Investments pillar, operating from the firm's Zug office. As a Senior Member of Management, he sits on the Executive Team and Global Executive Board, while also co-leading the Private Equity Technology business unit. Additionally, he serves on both the Private Markets Relative Value Committee and Thematic Relative Value Committee.

Wolf brings nearly four decades of industry experience to his role at Partners Group. His career includes serving as Chairman of the Board of Management and CEO at ZF Group, a global technology company, where he oversaw Research & Development and Sales operations. Previously, he held the position of Chairman of the Management Board and CEO at MAHLE Group.

Earlier in his career, Wolf spent significant time at Robert Bosch GmbH, where he progressed through various leadership roles, including CEO of both the Car Multimedia Division and Gasoline Systems Division. He subsequently joined the Board of Management and assumed overall responsibility for the company's Automotive Group activities. Wolf also served on the Board of the renowned German Automotive Association VDA.

Wolf holds degrees in business administration from both Saarland University and RWTH Aachen University in Germany.

Dr. Yves Schneller

Dr. Yves Schneller is the Head of the Product Solutions department, Co-head of the Structurng business unit and a member of the Global Executive Board, based in Zug. He has been with Partners Group since 2008, previously co-heading Compliance, Legal & Tax and serving as Co-General Counsel, and has 21 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Baer & Karrer, specializing in international and domestic M&A transactions (focusing on private M&A and private equity transactions, including secondary buyouts and public to private transactions). He holds a PhD in business law from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland on the topic of liabilities in merger law and is also admitted to the Swiss bar.

Dr. Raymond Schnidrig

Dr. Raymond Schnidrig is the Chief Technology Officer of Partners Group and Head of the Technology business department, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Executive Board and has been with Partners Group since 2010. He has 32 years of industry experience and, prior to joining Partners Group, worked for eight years at Goldman Sachs and co-founded an ETH spin-off company in the computational finance space. He holds a PhD in computer science from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ralph Schuck

Ralph Schuck is part of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit, based in Zug, and member of the Senior Management of Partners Group. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies AMMEGA, Rovensa and Velvet Care and observer of the board of Breitling. He has 30 years of industry experience and, prior to joining Partners Group, worked at Rhône-Poulenc Group as Sales & Marketing Director where he served industrial industries such as Automotive, Pulp & Paper and Conveyor Belting. He also held various C-level and board functions at Bobst Group, based in Italy, Germany and France, running global Equipment and Service companies that served the packaging industry, and at Bühler Group, where he headed the global Grain Milling division. He holds an MBA from IMD Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.

Joel Schwartz

Joel Schwartz is a Seasoned Partner in the Private Equity Services business unit as well as a member of the Services Vertical IC, based in New York. He serves on the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Kindercare Learning Centers, BluSky, Premistar and Foundation Risk Partners. He has been with Partners Group since 2013 and has 31 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs Investment Partners and Angelo Gordon & Co., and a Partner at Apax Partners. Earlier in his career, Joel also worked at General Atlantic, McKinsey and Morgan Stanley. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School in Massachusetts, USA.

Martin Scott

Martin Scott is Partners Group’s Head of Australia, a member of the Global Executive Board and Director of Partners Group Australia. Previously, he was the head of the Australian Client Solutions business unit and Sydney Office Head. Martin has 33 years of industry experience and joined Partners Group in 2008 when he commenced the firm's Australian operations. Prior to joining Partners Group, he held senior roles at Zurich Investments, where he was Head of Investment Sales; Zurich Scudder; Tyndall Investment Management; and Citigroup. He holds a marketing diploma from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Australia and studied business at the University of Technology Sydney, Australia.

Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Credit Suisse, Leaf Clean Energy Company, and Fieldstone Private Capital Group. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA.

Michael Sexton

Michael Sexton is part of the Private Equity Services business unit, based in Denver. He has 17 years of relevant industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at OMERS Private Equity in New York, a USD 12 billion private equity fund focused solely on direct, control middle-market investing in North America and Europe. While at OPE Michael was responsible for all aspects of sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, and was involved with three portfolio company boards to support management in the areas of strategic planning, operations and finance. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Illinois, USA and a BSB from the University of Minnesota, USA.

Robin Shelley

Robin Shelley is a Managing Director on the Private Equity Partnership Investments team of Partners Group in New York. He is a member of the Private Equity LP Portfolio Secondaries and Private Equity Secondaries Streamlined Investment Committees. He has been with Partners Group since 2012 and has 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in private equity at a family office in Geneva and in M&A at Hawkpoint Partners in London. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.

Anthony Shontz

Anthony Shontz is the Co-Head of the Private Equity Partnership Investments business unit, and a member of Global Investment Committee for private equity Secondaries, Primaries, and Co-investments. He has been with Partners Group since 2007 and has 24 years of industry experience, previously working at Pacific Private Capital and Prudential Capital Group. Anthony holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Brigham Young University, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

John Sievers

John Sievers is a Managing Director and Head of Private Wealth Sales for Partners Group (USA) Inc. In this role, he is a senior member of management responsible for the business development and management of PG’s wealth distribution and servicing platform, established to offer solutions in private equity, growth equity, infrastructure, and credit to financial intermediaries, advisors, and their clients. Mr. Sievers has over 27 years of experience in research, product development, and the distribution of alternative investment strategies. He began his career as a research analyst in Salomon Smith Barney’s Consulting Group, working with the Global Investment Strategy and Asset Allocation Committees. His prior experience also includes business development and management roles at Oaktree Capital Management, Brookfield Asset Management, and Citi, which included time in Singapore as Asia Pacific Head of Citi Global Wealth Management Alternative Investments and as Managing Director for Citi Capital Advisors’ institutional business. John holds a B.A. from Adelphi University as well as the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

Andres Small

Andres Small is part of the Private Equity Partnership Investments business unit, based in Denver. He is a member of the Private Equity Co-investments and Extension Secondaries Investment Committees, and Private Equity Partnership Investments IC. He has more than 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at MacAndrews & Forbes as vice president and financial advisor to the chairman overseeing eight platform investments; Graycliff Partners as a principal and member of the Board of Directors of Credivalores and Arabela; CVC International as a vice president and a member of the Board of Directors of Intcomex, Permolex, and Sindicatum; and JPMorgan as an investment banking mergers & acquisitions analyst. He holds an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School, New York, USA and a BA in Economics and International Relations with honors from Stanford University, California, USA.

Thomas Stein

Tom Stein is Head of Private Credit in the Americas, based in New York. He is a member of the Global Investment Committee, Global Private Credit, Private Credit US, and Private Credit Europe. Trond Straume is part of the Private Equity Technology business unit, based in Zug. Before joining Partners Group, Trond was Chief Executive Officer of Volue AS, a global software company. In addition, he held leadership positions at other industrial software companies, including serving as CTO at Aveva. At Partners Group, Trond will play an active role in implementing value creation plans to transform portfolio companies in the technology sector.

Dr. Michael Studer

Dr. Michael Studer is part of the Portfolio Solutions business department, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Investment Committee and the Private Markets Relative Value Committee and the Deputy Chair of the Global Portfolio Committee and is a member of the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies North Star and Rosen. He has been with Partners Group since 2001 and has 30 years of industry experience. Previously, he was a member of the Global Executive Board and served as the firm's Chief Risk Officer as part of the Executive Committee from 2013 to 2021. Sandro Sutter

Sandro Sutter is Global Head of the Treasury business unit, based in Baar, Switzerland. He has over 20 years of industry experience with large financial institutions such as BlackRock and Zurich Insurance Group, with management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and private equity backed companies. He has held roles such as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Investments & Treasury, Director of Sales and Key Account Management, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Service Officer. Prior to joining Partners Group in 2024, he was Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Service Officer of Tertianum, the largest elderly care provider in Switzerland. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Zurich, Switzerland.

Manas Tandon

Manas Tandon is Head of the Private Equity Goods and Products business unit. He is part of the Goods and Products Vertical investment committee and the Global Investment committee. He has 28 years of industry experience, also serving on the Board of Directors of the firm's portfolio companies Diversitech and Vishal Mega Mart. Prior to joining Partners Group, Manas co-led TPG's growth investments in India, having started his investing career with Matrix Partners, where he was responsible for investments in mobility and financial services. Before that, Manas was engaged in designing and selling cutting-edge telecom solutions for start-ups such as MaxComm Technologies (acquired by Cisco Systems) and Camiant Inc (now part of Oracle). He holds an MBA in finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a bachelor's degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where he was awarded the Silver Medal for outstanding academic performance. Manas holds eight US patents and is a member of the Mumbai chapter of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO).

Christian Unger is a Seasoned Partner and is part of the Private Equity business department, based in Zug. He is a member of Partners Group's Global Executive Board and has been with the firm since 2013. He brings 30 years of industry experience in the media and digital space. He is a member of the Board of Directors and Investment Responsible of the firm's portfolio company, USIC. He also a board member of power transitions. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was global CEO of Ringier AG, Switzerland’s largest media company. During that time, he was also Chairman of Betty Bossi AG and board member of Scout24, jobs.ch, RingierAxelSpringer AG and Publigroupe AG. Before Ringier, he was CEO of QXL Ricardo/Allegro, a publicly listed e-commerce company (at the LSE in London) which he sold to Naspers for 2bn CHF in 2008. Christian started his career at Bertelsmann AG and holds a master’s degree in economics from the European Business School, Germany.

Robin Thywissen

Robin Thywissen is part of the Private Credit Europe / Asia business unit, based in Paris. He is a member of the Global Private Credit, Private Credit Europe and Private Credit Asia Investment Committees . He has been with Partners Group since 2010 and has 25 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was focused on private equity investments as an Investment Director at MML Capital Partners and worked at BNP Paribas in Mergers and Acquisitions. He was also a consultant at AT Kearney. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, France and a master’s degree in finance from the Paris Dauphine University, France.

Andrei Vaduva

Andrei Vaduva is Co-Head of the Portfolio Management business unit, based in Zug. He is a member of the Global Portfolio Committee. He is responsible for the portfolio management of Partners Group products globally, with a focus on segregated mandates and evergreen programs. He has been with Partners Group since 2014 and has over 18 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at KPMG and Mercer. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Reading, UK. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Jin Wang

Jin Wang is the Co-Head of Client Solutions Asia, based Singapore. He co-leads Partners Group’s overall business strategy and client engagement activities in Asia, including heading Southeast Asia and Greater China. He has over 28 years of experience in the banking and asset management industry. Prior to joining Partners Group, Jin Wang worked 10 years as Partner, Executive Committee member and Head of Asia Investor Relations at EJF Capital, an SEC registered global alternative asset management firm in the USA. He also worked as the senior financial professional at CSOP Asset Management in Hong Kong, World Bank Treasury and Rock Creek Group in Washington DC, and China Development Bank in Shenzhen/China among back office, middle office and front office functions. Jin Wang holds an MBA from the George Washington University, Washington DC, USA. He has held the Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) since 2004. He was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA and China.

Nicholas Smith Wang

Nicholas Smith Wang is Global Co-Head of the Private Equity Technology business unit, based in Zug. He has 16 years experience in the investment community and before joining Partners Group he spent 14 years at global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, most recently as a Managing Director and Partner focused on technology investments. Nicholas held various investment roles at Warburg Pincus in both New York and London. Whilst at Warburg Pincus, Nicholas led and managed control buyouts and growth investments across various themes in the software, data, and information services sectors including HR tech, supply chain logistics, govtech, risk & compliance, edtech, and industrial software. Nicholas started his career in investment banking at Moelis & Company in New York. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated magna cum laude.

Dr. Anette Waygood

Dr. Anette Waygood is the Deputy General Counsel and Global Head of Corporate Legal and is part of the Executive Team, based in Zug. She has 16 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, she worked at Baker McKenzie Zurich, advising corporate clients on capital markets and financial regulatory matters. Surya Ysebaert is Head of the Private Credit Liquid Loans business unit, based in London. He has 26 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he worked at Aberdeen Asset Management, Goldentree Asset Management, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ING. He holds a postgraduate degree in banking and finance from HEC Lausanne, Switzerland, and a master's degree in economics from the University of Ghent, Belgium.

Flora Zhao

Flora Zhao is an independent member of the Board of Directors of Partners Group Holding AG. She is the Chairwoman of the Nomination & Compensation Committee and a member of the Investment Oversight Committee. As part of her mandate, she oversees Partners Group's transformational investing approach and contributes to strategic board-level initiatives with a focus on entrepreneurial governance for the benefit of the firm's portfolio companies, especially in Asia and in infrastructure-related assets. She has over 33 years of executive experience with global Fortune 500 companies across the energy infrastructure value chain in Asia. Currently, she serves as a Senior Advisor to Temasek International and is also a member of the Singapore Future Economic Council's Resource and Environmental Sustainability Committee. Previously, she was President of Gas Asia at BP where she was responsible for the gas and LNG business in the eastern hemisphere. Prior to that, Flora was a Managing Director at AES Corporation, an NYSE-listed global power company comprising power generation, distribution and alternative energy businesses. She began her career at the Construction Bank of China. Flora holds a Bachelor's of Engineering from Zhejiang University, China and a Master's of Construction Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA. She also completed the Senior Executive Program at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business, USA.

Urs Wietlisbach is the Co-Founder of Partners Group. He is an executive member of Partners Group Holding AG’s Board of Directors, based in Zug and Chairman of the Board's Client Oversight Committee and a member of the Corporate Development Committee. He is a Board Observer of the Board of Directors of the firm’s current portfolio company KR Group, UK. He is also the Chairman of Blue Earth Capital AG and a member of the Board of Trustees of Blue Earth Foundation, a foundation that focuses on impact investing globally. In addition, he is a member of the Boards of Directors of Entrepreneur Partners AG, a Swiss asset manager. Prior to founding Partners Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse. He has over 33 years of industry experience and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.
