Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in delivering our ambitious talent acquisition goals, supporting continued organizational growth and driving innovation in our hiring approach
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft compelling, inclusive job advertisements
- Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct interviews both in person and via video conferencing
- Own the end-to-end offer process, including compensation benchmarking, internal pay equity assessment, offer structuring, collaborating with the Compensation team as needed to finalize and extend offers
- Ensure all candidates experience a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and engagement throughout the process
- Oversee coordination and administrative activities with strong attention to detail and efficiency
- Drive a range of talent acquisition initiatives, including enhancements to recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as continuous improvement of the hiring process and candidate experience
