Ana Campos

Managing Director

Ana Campos is the Global Head of Human Resources and a member of the Executive team at Partners Group, based in Zug. She joined Partners Group in 2024 after serving as Managing Director at Accenture, where she was responsible for the Data & AI Network in Switzerland. Prior to that, she was co-CEO of IT provider Trivadis and held various HR leadership positions at NewRe and Swiss Re. Across these roles, she has built more than 20 years of senior leadership experience at the intersection of human resources, technology and organizational transformation. She holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources from FHNW in Olten, Switzerland.
