Kai Hoffman is part of the Private Credit Portfolio Management and Restructuring business unit, based in London and leads Restructuring for Europe. He has 20 years of restructuring experience. Prior to joining Partners Group, he was a partner with Alvarez & Marsal's financial and operational restructuring group for 2 years. Previously he worked for 16 years between the restructuring investment banking groups of Morgan Stanley and Lazard, advising company boards, creditors and financial stakeholders on restructuring and stressed corporate finance across various jurisdictions and industry sectors. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol, UK.
