Lindsay Luth is the COO for Private Equity and is responsible for establishing a culture of continuous improvement to support investment process efficiencies and portfolio companies. Creating a scaled platform allows for shared learning, best practices and communication across distinct investment industry verticals and global locations. Lindsay is based in Denver and has over 23 years of experience in professional services, specifically within human capital management. Lindsay’s specialization is in value creation and leveraging her operating expertise. Prior to joining Partners Group, she was a General Manager responsible for P&L growth, product development, and service delivery delivering Health and Wealth HR outsourcing to large and mid-size organizations across all industries. She holds an MBA from DePaul University, Illinois, USA with a concentration in change management, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA.
