Partners Group has signed a distribution agreement with Sella Group, one of the largest private and independent banking groups in Italy, that will enable its private banking clients to invest in Partners Group Private Equity Opportunities SICAV, the first ever private equity evergreen fund that is compliant under the ELTIF regime. Launched in 2024, the Fund has a minimum investment level of EUR 10,000 and provides investors with the flexibility to increase investment monthly and redeem on a quarterly basis.

Partners Group has launched an evergreen fund to enable individual investors to access its cross-sector royalties strategy. The fund, which has a minimum investment of USD 10,000, is available to individual investors in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The fund is targeting a 10% net return and a cash yield of 4-6% per annum. The new private wealth evergreen fund will invest alongside an existing institutional royalties evergreen fund, which was launched in January 2025.

Partners Group has appointed John Woerner as Senior Advisor, Insurance, for the Americas. John brings nearly three decades of experience, having held senior roles at Ameriprise Financial, where he led Insurance & Annuities and served as Chief Strategy Officer, as well as at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led the Asset & Wealth Management practice. He will help shape Partners Group’s insurance strategy and deepen relationships across the sector.

Partners Group is pleased to welcome Mike Longman, who has joined us as a Managing Director and Operator in our Private Equity Goods and Products Vertical, based in Denver. Mike spent over 20 years with Eaton, a multinational power management company with over 85,000 employees, in various management roles, most recently as President, Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure. Previously, Mike spent 16 years at McKinsey.

With his deep operating skillset from a successful career in industry, Mike will be actively involved in implementing the value creation plans required to transform our portfolio companies as well as evaluating growth themes and new potential investments across our goods and products portfolio. Mike is the latest in a series of senior hires that deepen our industry experience across private equity.

Partners Group has appointed Michael Marquardt, Partner and Head of Business Services, to the firm's Executive Team. Michael, who is based in Singapore, joined Partners Group in March 2024 from IQ-EQ, a global service provider using advanced technology to offer administration, compliance, and reporting solutions for the investment sector, where he served as Regional CEO for Asia. Previously, Michael was at BlackRock for 17 years, where his last role was as Asia-Pacific COO. At Partners Group, Michael is responsible for overseeing the firm's Business Services platform.
