Partners Group is pleased to welcome Mike Longman, who has joined us as a Managing Director and Operator in our Private Equity Goods and Products Vertical, based in Denver. Mike spent over 20 years with Eaton, a multinational power management company with over 85,000 employees, in various management roles, most recently as President, Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure. Previously, Mike spent 16 years at McKinsey.

With his deep operating skillset from a successful career in industry, Mike will be actively involved in implementing the value creation plans required to transform our portfolio companies as well as evaluating growth themes and new potential investments across our goods and products portfolio. Mike is the latest in a series of senior hires that deepen our industry experience across private equity.

Partners Group has appointed Michael Marquardt, Partner and Head of Business Services, to the firm's Executive Team. Michael, who is based in Singapore, joined Partners Group in March 2024 from IQ-EQ, a global service provider using advanced technology to offer administration, compliance, and reporting solutions for the investment sector, where he served as Regional CEO for Asia. Previously, Michael was at BlackRock for 17 years, where his last role was as Asia-Pacific COO. At Partners Group, Michael is responsible for overseeing the firm's Business Services platform.
