Fentress Boyse and Morgan Jones from our Private Infrastructure Americas team spoke with Infrastructure Investor about how consumer and enterprise demand for data and generative AI points to a bullish future for data center operators. In this in-depth interview, Fentress and Morgan discuss how AI is translating into opportunities for data center operators, the need for operators to think creatively about the use of renewable power, and the importance of engaging with local communities.

“Private equity should not just be reserved for wealthy individuals or institutional investors. And to make it more broadly available to individuals, it must be included in savings structures like a 401(k), which today serves as the only retirement vehicle for most Americans,” Daniel Cahill, Member of Management, says in an interview with Pensions and Investments about the evolution of DC investment menus.
