Sanjay Ravi: Managing Director, Private Equity Technology

We are pleased to announce that Sanjay Ravi will be joining our Private Equity Technology Industry Vertical as a Managing Director, based in Denver.
Sanjay previously worked at Microsoft for 17 years, most recently as General Manager of the Automotive, Mobility & Transportation industry solutions business unit, which involved building strategic corporate partnerships globally and enabling digital transformation initiatives across the mobility landscape. Sanjay also held leadership roles across the Discrete Manufacturing and Tech & Electronics industry sectors.
Prior to Microsoft, Sanjay worked at i2 Technologies, a specialist software company focused on supply chain management. Sanjay brings of wealth of software industry knowledge and expertise and will play an important role in identifying and transforming technology investments.
Will Chen: Managing Director, Private Equity Technology

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Will Chen as a Managing Director in our Private Equity Technology Industry Vertical, based in Denver.
Will has over 20 years of experience working in the technology and software sectors. He has a proven track record sourcing investments and leading successful value creation programs at portfolio companies. For example, in his previous role at Goldman Sachs, Will sourced and led investments in innovative companies such as Aptos, project44, and Fortress Information Security. Prior to that, Will held positions at Apax Partners and Bain & Company.
Partners Group’s Private Equity Technology team has been active in recent years, acquiring a majority stake in Cloudflight, a digital transformation services provider in Europe, and Forterro, a pan-European software services provider for small and mid-sized businesses. The team has also invested in VelocityEHS, an environmental, health, and safety software platform in the US.
Jose Mahomar: Managing Director, Head of US Consultants

A big welcome to Jose Mahomar who has joined Partners Group as a Managing Director, Head of US Consultants, in New York.
Prior to joining Partners Group, Jose spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Managing Director within the Americas Client Business, where he co-led the Americas Consultant Relations team. In this role, Jose was responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with institutional investment consultants across North America.
Jose brings deep industry experience and will be a key addition to the Partners Group organization.
Annie Hsieh: Managing Director, Private Real Estate

We are pleased to welcome Annie Hsieh, who recently joined Partners Group as Managing Director, Private Real Estate, based in New York.
Annie will be responsible for business development and capital raising for our Private Real Estate strategies in the Americas region. She brings 19 years of industry experience to the role. Prior to Partners Group, Annie led capital formation activities at firms including ElmTree Funds and Five Mile Capital, with strategies ranging across real estate, fixed income, and private debt. She spent her early career in various positions across sales, trading, and investment banking at Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse, and Citigroup.
Lori Pomerantz: Managing Director, Global Head of Business Development, Private Debt

A big welcome to Lori Pomerantz who has joined us as Managing Director, Global Head of Business Development, Private Debt, based in our New York office.
Prior to joining Partners Group, Lori spent eight years at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, most recently as a Managing Director in its Fixed Income business where she led the Corporate Credit Lead Portfolio Management team. In this role, Lori was responsible for building and maintaining client relationships across high yield, broadly syndicated loan, and opportunistic credit strategies globally. Earlier in her career, Lori held credit analyst positions at BNP Paribas, Macquarie Capital, Citigroup, and Lehman Brothers.
Lori brings 20 years of industry experience and will be a key addition to the team against an increasingly favorable outlook for the private debt market this year.
Irene Mavroyannis: Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Business Development, Private Infrastructure

Partners Group is pleased to welcome Irene Mavroyannis, who has recently joined as Managing Director, Global Co-Head of Business Development, Private Infrastructure, based in our New York office.
Prior to Partners Group, Irene was the Global Head of the Infrastructure Private Capital Advisory business for Sera Global, Brookfield’s real assets advisory platform, and previously held senior roles at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets, Hastings Funds Management, KKR, Morgan Stanley, and Citigroup.
Irene brings more than 30 years of experience, which will be instrumental to strengthening our Private Infrastructure business and Partners Group as a whole.
Oleg Shamovsky: Managing Director, Private Infrastructure Europe

Partners Group is pleased to announce that Oleg Shamovsky has joined us as a Managing Director in our Private Infrastructure Europe team, based in London.
Oleg is a prominent infrastructure investor and business builder with 16 years of global industry experience. Oleg spent 10 years at KKR, where he completed landmark transactions across a wide range of sectors, spanning renewable energy, energy transition, utilities, transportation, telecommunications, and social infrastructure. Prior to KKR, Oleg held various investment and advisory roles at Terra Firma Capital Partners and Morgan Stanley.
Oleg’s deep experience and operational skillset will help strengthen Partners Group’s Private Infrastructure business moving forward.
Susan Scutt: Managing Director, Operating Directors & Entrepreneurial Governance

Partners Group is pleased to announce that Susan Scutt has joined us as Managing Director, Operating Directors & Entrepreneurial Governance, based in our New York office.
Susan joined us from Sun Capital Partners, where she was Managing Director, Head of Technology Value Creation, driving value-creation initiatives and leading the firm’s internal technology roadmap.
With over 20 years of experience, Susan brings a wide-ranging operational skillset to Partners Group and will be instrumental in continuing to build our successful Operating Directors & Entrepreneurial Governance business unit.
Thomas Clark: Managing Director, Private Equity Goods & Products

He has 22 years of industry experience and previously held roles at Comvest Partners, Apax Partners, Bain Capital, and Goldman Sachs.
