Completed in 2022, DC III, located in the Donau City area of Vienna, is a new residential tower with a total floor area of around 20,000 square meters. The tower includes contemporary accommodation for students and young professional and is characterized by high-quality amenities for residents. The building hosts a gym, spacious common areas, a cafe, study areas, and co-working facilities, while a unique rooftop club room and terrace serve as communal and event space.
Thematic conviction
Vienna has one of the largest student populations in Europe and acts as an important business hub in the German-speaking region. Despite this, the city has a limited stock of apartments that cater to students and young professionals. The location of DC III on the Danube waterfront, with easy access to the city, downtown offices, and outdoor green space, positions the project well to meet demand from these groups.
Business building
With thematic conviction in the project's excellent location and offering, Partners Group and Greystar acquired the land for DC III in 2018. The joint venture guided the project's construction through the COVID-19 pandemic to completion in 2022. The tower was built with a strong environmental focus, including core-activated floors to use the thermal storage capacity of concrete and intelligent building management systems.
